Overview

Viral Vision leveraged AI and computer vision for rapid infection identification to revolutionize outbreak management, shifting from reactive measures to proactive containment strategies. By introducing a centralized system for infection identification, real-time data sharing, and instant alerts, it aimed to fill critical gaps in public health response.

In this role, I defined the strategic roadmap, conceptualized the product vision, and developed key features from the ground up. By identifying critical pain points, leading ideation sessions, and prioritizing solutions, I ensured maximum impact for users and stakeholders.

Key features included rapid test verification, real-time hotspot mapping, and a peer-to-peer QR system to enable safe interactions during outbreaks. These innovations streamline health data management, empower individuals with actionable information, and ultimately improving public safety and reducing costs.
